1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging the services of Asgardian Construction, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

2. Scope of Work
Asgardian Construction specializes in new home construction, metal buildings, additions, and remodels. The specific scope of any project will be outlined in a separate, signed Construction Agreement. Any changes to the scope of work after the project has begun must be documented via a written Change Order.

3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided via the website or phone are preliminary and non-binding until a site evaluation is performed and a formal contract is signed.

4. Client Responsibilities
For project commencement, the client is responsible for:

Providing clear access to the property for heavy machinery.
Clearly marking property lines.
Identifying any known underground private utilities (sprinklers, invisible fences, etc.) not covered by public "Call Before You Dig" services.

5. Payments and Deposits
A deposit is typically required to secure a slot on our building schedule and to order materials.

Progress payments will be made according to the schedule outlined in your specific contract.

Final payment is due upon the completion of the project and a final walkthrough.

6. Weather and Delays
Construction is subject to Oklahoma weather. Asgardian Construction is not liable for delays caused by "Acts of God," including but not limited to heavy rain, hail, extreme winds, or supply chain disruptions beyond our control. We commit to maintaining clear communication during any such delays.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or site prep has begun. Cancellation terms for specific builds will be governed by the individual signed contract.

8. Limitation of Liability
Asgardian Construction maintains full insurance and bonding. However, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked private underground lines or minor landscape disturbances naturally occurring during the operation of heavy machinery.

9. Intellectual Property
The logos, photos, and content on this website are the property of Asgardian Construction. Unauthorized use of our branding or project photos is prohibited.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
